My daughter Zahli (9yrs) received treatment from another orthodontist that left her scared and nervous to continue orthodontics when we relocated. The team at Greater Springfield Orthodontics made a fuss over her allowing her to feel comfortable and look forward to her visits. The level of service, friendly staff and professional treatment are commendable. Highly recommend them for children starting their orthodontic journey. Getting to ring the 'braces off' bell was the highlight for Zahli. The staff culture is evident in the way they communicate, from the Receptionist to the hygienst to the orthodontist, they are all great!

The staff have always been very very great with my son. Always friendly and very very helpful. Happy to explain every step of the process. The clinic is always beautifully presented. I have already booked in my younger son.
