This place is good and offers cheap Vietnamese rolls. The bread however is not the nicest. I guess it is the same as a general bread shop but nothing outstanding.

Always very fast service, best pork rolls in springvale, and lots of good cheap takeaway yum cha food...

they have so many range of chinese and vietnamese cake and bread. they also sell roast duck with reasonable price. the duck taste good.
