I'm not usually a fan of Gloria Jean's, but the owner here (Lin) is one of the loveliest people I have met. There was a young boy until a few months ago as well who made fantastic coffee (usually with a heart or leaf on top) but seems to have moved on. Other staff are not always as great, and now I only go if Lin herself is on duty.
