Had the Free Consultant session and thought I'd found the Best Solicitor, first bill came, Paid it instantly then email after email, no response, Rang and got excuses of the Solicitor being Sick, finally after 2 Months waiting for my situation to be sorted I got fed up and emailed the company email not the Solicitors direct email thinking that may get them motivated, again nothing for a week and then a "Sorry we couldn't help you" email stating all my paperwork will be posted out to me! No Apology or anything. Any other person would have bent over backwards to keep a Client but NOT Gill and Lane. The angry part is I was given a Settlement fee so I emailed them stating could they get back URGENTLY as I was willing to take the Payment, No return email, no phone call, not even a SORRY that you missed out on accepting the Settlement by the date given. Take your chance with them, BUT if the owners aren't concerned about their Sloppy Workmanship of their Solicitor after I emailed them to complain then they aren't going to care about YOU either.
