I recently had a car here to be serviced & to find a small rattle. I was promised the car would be ready by 4pm and they would come get me from work when it was done. When they came to get me and i went to the service counter to pick up my keys, they told me the mechanics were still working on it and I would have to wait in the waiting room until they were done. after about 10 minutes I explained I had to go back to work and couldn't wait. They seemed to get annoyed at me, went and got the car and then started to tell me that they didn't have the car long enough to find the problem (they had had it since 9am), and they would need it back another day. The service adviser (not a mechanic) implied that it would be very expensive to fix. (even though they still didn't know for sure what the noise was).

The car was clean, and for the most part they were friendly enough, but I didn't find their attitude very professional. I don't think I will return for services anymore.
