Poor service - even poorer follow up to rectify errors - think twice before using

DISGUSTING SERVICE - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY*******Timber Floor installed in brand new house by Framptons- installer did not tape off skirting boards and there is now dark wood stain halfway up the brand new skirting boards in all rooms. Was told by the installer that he would charge me an hourly rate to come back and fix HIS mistake. Spoke to the 'owner' of the company who stated that if I got a quote to get it fixed then he would pay for it. Got the quote and the owner refused to pay the money. Offered me a quarter of the amount needed to fix his installers terrible job. Now he just wont get back to me about any of it, ignores calls and emails. Disgusting business practice. Would not recommend.

I have driven past this place for years and have never gone in because it looked like a dreggy old warehouse. It was recommended to us, so we took the plunge. It's had an external paint job and inside it's a whole world of floor and window coverings and some casual furniture (beanbag chairs etc).
We were pleasantly surprised. They know their stuff - the service is impeccable and the range is outstanding. They have bargain basement carpet all the way up to ultra-premium specialist stuff.
Give Remmy and the team a go, you won't be disappointed.
