12 months ago my builder arranged this firm to polish the floors in my living area & I was happy with the job. Then recently I had a quote for 2 other rooms in my home to have the floors sanded & polished with an environmentally friendly polish.which was to match with the original job. I had a quote from Jason & a time set. Jason arrived to do the job 3 weeks later and said he did not have the correct treatment with him and that he would have to ring me after checking in his diary and would let me know when he could come again.Three days later he told be over the phone he could start in 2 days BUT it would cost me $220 more than the original quote. I am a single, aged pensioner and I feel he was taking advantage of my age and status.

I obtained a number of quotes for our floors and we chose Floors R Us for their great service - they actually return telephone calls! Once complete the floors looked amazing. Thank you Jason!

We recently had part of our floors polished by this company. We've renovated our kitchen and pulled up the floors and Jason the owner came and polished the floors and matched them perfectly to the polished floors we already have throughout the house. I found Jason to be very knowledgable about what he does. The job was done quickly without any problems and was great value for money compared to others.
