Both employees that came to my house were very professional and took time to explain any questions I had. I thought I gave them a difficult task with the carpet cleaning because of the 2 big nasty stains but they just knew exactly what to do. Excellent job and on excellent price. I strongly recommend them.

First experience was not good but it got a lot better. The first cleaners we had did an awful job (spending just 2 hours on a 4 bed 3 bath house after we had paid a lot for a thorough service), no attention to detail whatsoever and cleaners were sleeping in van when I returned to house. After calling the centre to complain we received absolutely fantastic service from Aiden, he was so helpful and understanding. He agreed our experience was unacceptable and sent 2 new cleaners to clean our place. They were very hard working professionals who did such a thorough job, the place was sparkling! We wouldn't hesitate to use fantastic cleaners again after the experience with Aiden and new cleaners.

These guys were great! We purchased a house and the kitchen was in really bad shape, especially the oven. The boys did very good job with the rest of the house but how they dealt with the oven was what impressed me. When making the booking I explained the situation and they were prepared but I really didn't expect such good results. I would use them for cleaning again but if I need oven cleaning they will be my first choice!

I rang sound for quotes to have my antique lounge setting cleaned for Xmas and the customer service I received over the phone was dreadful, could not be bothered attitude .
That is until I called Fantastic Cleaners!
Very Friendly and professional, and took great care with th the 2x armchairs, 3 seater lounge and 8x dining chairs I had steam cleaned all of which was a delicate job.
The price was good value and cost all up $280 on a Sunday arvo.
Service was awesome! Very friendly and outgoing , also left the house spotless and of course the lounges too.
