I have been using Factor1 for 4 years for my import and wholesale business plus my SMSF and found the team to be very helpful. They remind me when BAS's are due, provide guidance so I understand my financial results and best of all are the agreed month fees so I don't end up with unexpected bills like my old accountant was sending. To anyone interested in Factor1, if your accountant is slow, unresponsive, not providing the services you want and sending you unexpected bills, chat to Terry or David at Factor1 and you will not be disappointed.
