We rented through these guys. They only inspected our property once in over 2 years instead of the 6 monthly they should have. Was ok for us, but not for the owners if we had been wrecking the place (which we weren't). We also got asked to leave 'for no reason'. They had never asked us to do anything differently. We had no feedback or communication that there was anything wrong. They are friendly enough and polite, I just don't think they do their job that well.
