Yummy coffee and friendly service, Located right next to Sandringham station. I find it super convenient to go here!

They are right next to Sandringham station and their coffee is delicious and really hot. Friendly service as well. I usually come in a few times a week.

Nice and convenient for grabbing a takeaway coffee on the run. Handy as it's so close to Sandringham station too. Service has always been friendly and helpful here

Not bad for a takeaway coffee. Nice blend and coffee was piping hot. They were quite busy too and I didn't have to wait long for my takeaway which is promising. I will have to try some of their food next time, looks good

Good range of food options available and great for brunch at the weekend. Coffee is OK but sometimes there seems to be a long wait when there doesn't appear to be a huge number of customers - perhaps I just seem to order something awkward! Staff are friendly and you have the option of sitting inside or outside which is good.

I go to Elefant Lounge regularly as they have great coffee and the best pancakes I've ever eaten. I used to go every week but had to cut back to fortnightly due to the cost and the calories. The eggs are good also.

Approximate cost: $15

reminds me of a small diner within a truck stop. The menu is very very simple and looks like any cook would have no problem what so ever making each meal. The upside to this is consistency and the downside can sometimes be boring and unsatisfying.

Please do not take this as a complaint or bad review.

The food is satisfactory although no wow factor except the generous portions. The service is as expected - I have never found staff to be rude but the few times I have been here I have never experienced an excited, talkative, happy chappy waitress. The prices are reasonable, there are regular specials available and the coffee is ok.

My main reason for returning to this cafe is it provides a good atmosphere to relax and talk, most meals are generous portions and it is right next door to the cinemas.

If your a cafe connoisseur who enjoys fresh produce, delightful ingredient combinations and exciting dishes steer clear of this cafe. But I do recommended for a quick, filling, cheap, catch up lunch.

My husband and I popped into Elefant Lounge Cafe for a quick lunch last weekend. We found the staff to be friendly and attentive from the minute we walked in. The atmosphere was relaxed and the decor is quite funky.

I ordered a steak sandwich and my husband had a BLT. We also had drinks and then coffees after our meal. The speed of service was quite good considering how busy it was when we arrived. We liked our meals but both agreed that there was something missing. Both sandwiches were a bit bland; they needed something to give them a bit of zing, maybe a different kind of sauce or something.

We also thought that, at $17 a pop, they could at least have come with some sides or something, not just the sandwich.

Overall, great service, but the quality and value for money could definitely be improved upon.
