Annette has an amazing understanding about soft tissue therapy and neural Myofascial path way release.
I can now feel an increase in muscle activation and functional movement on the bike giving me more power through my legs.
She has also improved my catch phase of swimming through Fascial mobility and stretching work through my shoulders.
One of the best Trigger point and Fascial release therapists I have seen.
You won't be disappointed by the result!!

Annette has a fantastic knowledge of structual anatomy which helps in diagnosing and treating muscular issues. Totally recommend for acute treatment and ongoing maintenance.

Amazing have been using there service go the past 10 years.
After I broke my back I saw Annette and have been seeing her ever since such an amazing practitioner I would highly recommend this service to anybody.
