How is this business still in operation?
Booked a pick-up on Sunday. Still sitting there on Tuesday night. Contacted them and their response was it's scheduled for pick-up on Tuesday. No response to my request on Wednesday. Cancelled Thursday and received no apology, explanation or excuse. Why offer a service you have no intention of providing? Did they think I just wouldn't notice?

Damaged my delivery labelled "fragile" by throwing the box on the porch. Extremeley poor customer service. Customer service doesn't reply for extended periods of time. Company refuses to pay insurance for broken tv - Why accept payment if you know TV's aren't covered? Never had such a bad experience with a delivery company.
Look at all the reviews about this company.... do yourself a favour, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

They will automatically charge you sundry fees and rip you off!!!
Paid $42 when booked on line.
Then automatically got charged $55 sundry fee and 3 days later they automatically charged $227 to my account. Total rip off

After pick-up of the item, they charged me a sundry fee as the dimensions/weight weren't what I entered on their website.
I disputed this charge as I checked and re-checked my figures.
The only way to contact them is through an email form from their website, which remains unanswered.
They came a day late for the pick-up without any notice.
I paid for them to call me 30 mins prior and didn't receive this service.
It appears they lure you in with very affordable prices, then hit you with a sundry charge which was 40% of the value of the original quote. I compared this total charge to what it would have cost on their website using much larger dimensions and weights. Which was much bigger than what I had originally booked, so reinforces the the charge is a rort.
If you do use them, take pictures of your dimensions/weight as proof, in case they charge you extra. You can then use that as part of the Paypal dispute resolution process to help expedite a refund.
Turn up days late and then after the finally pick up the package u get an email saying that the dimensions weren't declared correctly and they have charged u a few more dollars automatically. they just have to power to take more money from you without evidence of what its for or permission and then tell u over the phone there is nothing u can do but lodge a ticket online which goes unanswered.
They did use to he good up to around 2020 now they are super shonky

One star is one star too many.
After months of trying to get an answer from E-go, today they told me that missing deliveries need to be notified within 48 days.
I first contacted them on day nine and was asked to be patient due to a back log caused by COVID.
I stupidly waited patiently and then contacted again 4 weeks later. Numerous emails were exchanged where they continued to ask for my patience due to their depot being shut down.
Again, stupidly I waited.
Now, having pursued them repeatedly and being told they have updated their system, today they told me my enquiry is outside their 48 day limit.
I want it to be very clear that I had ongoing contact with them from 9 days after they sent me the first of two dispatch notifications.
Never in 35 years of business have I encountered such an unprofessional business.

I sent a bike in a sturdy cardboard box from Melbourne to Canberra. It took 4 days, but the box had been smashed, crushed and completely ripped open. A real effort would have been needed to damage it so badly. Of course, no answer from their ticket system and no easy way to contact them. I won't use them in future.

Trying to get a refund for a label not used - no phone number and numerous emails sent which are replied to by Hunter Express who say they can’t process the refund or contact them for me - when they do the right thing they are good for multiple items to the same address and cheaper than most but they have deactivated all avenues of direct email that they used to have - not happy on this occasion

Do not use them if you don't want any delays in your packages.
Very unreliable and you are not able to contact them.
I missed their phone call from 0449 041 841 and I tried to call them back on the same number but it's blocked for incoming calls, it says send a text message instead but they are not replaying on any of them.
