I order an item on a Sunday, it was a online order set for delivery. I was informed if t was ready for pick up on tuesday. They then sat on item until Thursday when it was sent. Chasing up a border exp tracking number the number given by sales staff is not close to a tracking number according border express.. the item was paid for on the 13/3 when order, I also emailed Discount traders on the 14/3 asking for possible delivery times and dates and received no reply what so ever. Will never purchase anything from discount traders again. And if and when it receive the item I will be asking for a re found.

They have been friendly to deal with on phone, helpful and have always sent goods to me via post. I have bought from Discount trader on two seperate occasions and woud not hesitate to shop again when i need more tooling.

Fantastic service. I go there to buy all my tool needs. They got many brand names. And provide a warranty as well. Better than buying from ebay and not getting any warranty. The prices are very competitive and also they will try to do a better price if you buy a package. Highly recommended for anyone
