We had new lights installed in our kitchen/meals area and a ceiling fan fixed in bedroom. Andrew's customer service was exceptional. The turn around from our initial enquiry to having the job completed was very quick. He arrived ON TIME on both occasions which is a rare treat for a trade. His work was of a very high quality and he cleaned up when completed. I would definitely recommend him to anyone requiring a quality electrician.

On the recommendation of a friend, we contacted Andrew from Direct Option Electrical to install some new lighting in our renovated kitchen, new powerpoints and switches, re-wiring as required, and also a TV antenna and points throughout the house.

Andrew has provided honest reliable advice, prompt and timely service and taken initiative to ensure all installations done to a great standard. A Tradie who cleans up after himself is a great find for sure!

So glad we did! of all the tradies that came through, he cleaned up after himself, was friendly & could hold a conversation, and actually provided some tips/suggestions that we didn't think of that turned out to be brilliant (ie placement of powerpoints, sensor lights, etc).
