As always I really enjoyed the visit. The service is very good and the quality of the products is spectacular. Very nice business

I went to buy a new mobile phone and stood there waiting for a full 20 min before I left to go look in a few other stores, as I already knew the phone I wanted and only a few stores had this phone. After looking elsewhere and returning to dick smith I again went to the mobile phone display area and waited to be served, when after ten min no one came near me to help I then went looking for someone. After finding them and asking for assistance to purchase the phone I wanted I went and waited at the display thinking they would be along shortly but after waiting for another 15 min went and asked someone else where the person I'd spoken to was as they were supposed to be helping me next I was told that they had just gone out for their lunch break........... now I was really pissed off and left telling them that I would not darken their door again if that was how they treat their customers. Go try your luck there but I for one will not be going back again...........
