i go there whenever i need business attire i always shop at David Jones, they have a huge selection and i always find what im looking for, sometimes a bit pricey but they are getting a lot better at providing price range items. i enjoy the fact that the sales staff don't harass me to death i like shopping without feeling any pressure from the staff at my own pace

I went to this store with a T-shirt, jeans and a backpack, I got no customer service. They kept ignoring me and approached well dressed people that had come into the store after me. Another time I went there well dressed and had a better customer service than the first time but still I coun't believe how bad it was. I wonder whether DJ provide training for staff. Don't want to shop there again. They are not happy when you return something and make unnecessary comments.
