I bought this deal,
$35 for a hair styling package (total value up to $90)
- Style cut (Not Happy with the so called Style cut)
- Wash (Was relaxing and good)
- Treatment (There was no treatment as such. They are just bluffing the customers on this)
- Blow-dry

Went to this place for a haircut last week & this was the worst hair cut ever in my life.
The stylist [redacted] spent most of the time complaining about other hairstylists. (About how others use scissors)

The end result was bad. I had a layer cut & was expecting quality work..
When i went home, i could see some long hair which stood out for the last layer (Got only 2 layers though). I had to cut them myself to make it look even.

I'm not sure if it was my bad timing or if the hairstylist [redacted] was a little lazier on this day. I asked her for a fringe cut & it was a disaster. I regret going to this place for my haircut.

I would never visit this place again.

Suggestion to [redacted] : Please stop complaining about other hairstylist & do your work well

after looking at reviews I went to Daniel lee hairdressing salon
1) I was taken back by the cleanness of the salon
2) I was greeted at the salon door and shown to a seat
3) I was offered a pot of tea or coffee from a large range of each
4) there was mini choc as well offered
5) A man approached me he said his name was Phillip Michael's he spent several minutes feeling my hair and explain what went wrong with the hair cut I got in the city and how he was going to correct it I asked was this going to cost extra, he smiled and said no you are in my chair now and a wash cut style is $90 no matter what I take on to improve a bad cut.
had a great hair wash by bill who put me under a smoking machine with a great massage then Phillip cut my hair and boy oh boy it brill fab crazy I love it and now book up 6 week in advance for him as he gets fully booked
so $90 was my cut and $35 steamer treatment and free tea wine and choc so $125 was woooooo

Approximate cost: $125

And how they sat down and explain what steps they were going to do with her hair, I meet Dr Phillip Michael's and Mona, I received a full consultation and Mona did my hair, she is the best cutter I have ever meet I knew what she was doing and my hair cut was fab. I even received a wonderful cup of tea served in a tea pot and bone china cup, with free mini chocolates my hair cost me $90 which was very cheap for the 5 star service

A small friendly salon away from the crowds and the staff are very accommodating. Parramatta is getting really busy nowadays. So it's great to have a little gem like this.

Girls, if you have long hair- there is a surcharge approx $20 for hair longer than shoulder length.

Approximate cost: $115
