Mum, Dad and 9 month old baby stayed in a self contained cabin here for one night, breaking up a road trip.

The room was very spacious, had bedroom, lounge/extra 2 single beds, kitchen, laundry and bathroom. The laundry didn't have washing machine but did have a trough, which served perfectly as baby's bath! The room was clean and whilst the furnishings were outdated, all was comfortable. There were plenty of aircon unit throughout the room. The kitchen came fully equipped - microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, plates etc.

Service was good, not overly friendly but not rude either, we only spoke at check in.

The park itself was nicely kept and there were a few vans in use when we were there. Hardly any road noise, much better compared to the wheatland hotel, where you hear every single noise from adjoining rooms.

For almost $50 cheaper, and NO CHARGE FOR THE BABY, I'd definitely stay here again and avoid the Wheatland hotel. The wheatland was cleaner and more modern, but the caravan park was fine and much more private and less noisy.
