Beautiful food, great menu and always attentive staff, but some items slightly overpriced for what you get.

I love the wonderful warm and pleasant hospitality at Crabapple. Everything and everyone about it makes you feel at home and like an honoured guest.
Service is prompt, efficient and thoroughly professional, with an expansive and varied menu. THey serve lovely authentic, local produce, such as the creamy porridge with fresh nectarine, boysenberry and vanilla compote, candied walnuts and New Zealand Manuka honey ($12).

This cafe has beautiful decide and delicious food. The service is always fantastic and they are great with children as well. A little on the pricey end, but worth the extra dollars for a yummy Sunday brunch. My favorites are the roasted beetroot salad and brioche burger.
Get there early to make sure you get a table!

Really like Crabapple - from the nostalgic "wink wink nudge nudge" kiwi themes to the fantastic coffee to the diverse menu. Love the eggs Benedict or even the simple almost runny scrambled eggs. The service is always friendly and efficient - one thing to watch out for is the front half has tables very close together whereas out back gives you a little more room and therefore privacy. Great food and the world cuisine themed Friday nights sound awesome!

These guys are very new on the scene. Great coffee, amazing service. Food is better than what the price point indicatesvand the portions are generous. It's always quite busy out the front but do ask them for a table - the place is deceptively small!

The desserts are also very good - the opera torte is definitely recommended!
