Recently had our lounge room bay window treated by these guys, and I've got to say I am so very happy with the results. I can not believe I waited so long to get this done, my lounge room is so much cooler and much more comfortable.

NEGOTIATED TO GET GREAT PRICE FROM the management, BUT NO QUALITY IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, GREAT TINT BUT NO QUALITY IN WORKMANSHIP. HAD MY CAR DONE, APPARENTLY REAR WINDOW HAD DEBRIS STOCK IN THE FILM NEAR BOTTOM LOOKS LIKE A HAIR. INSTALLER MUST BE TRAINED HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMER PROPERLY. COOLTINT STICKER WAS ADHERE TO REAR WINDOWS WITHOUT CUSTOMER PERMISSION. THE OFFICE STAFF NOT CUSTOMER ORIENTED AND DON"T HAVE THE SKILLS HOW TO HANDLE CUSTOMER COMPLAINT. THE OFFICE STAFF INSIST THAT THEY WOULD NOT REPLACE THE TINT IT'S FUNCTIONALLY BUT WILL NOT FIX IT AS WELL. I HIGHLY WOULDN'T RECOMMEND COOLTINT TO ANYONE >:l

Really happy. Got both of our cars tinted, and the results are fantastic - completely flawless and a lot cooler plus I feel a lot better knowing the kids are being exposed to less uv radiation. The staff were really nice too - as we were juggling both cars on the same day with 2 kids, and they were really accommodating. Highly recommend.

The window tinter was fantastic, very friendly and did a great job. But the office staff were very rude and I will not be getting any further tinting done by Cooltint. The office staff seemed very disorganized and were not helpful.
