I was looking for a musical toy which was a bit hard to find - cookies and cream had it, I think their range in general is high quality and a bit out of the ordinary. Fast service, the item I ordered was packed well - I would order again from these guys any time. Oh, and I was lucky that what I wanted was on special, so exceptional value!

Peggy and Sue were SO helpful. There was an item that was unavailable and they called me straight away, apologised profusely and were so helpful trying to locate a replacement item. I would definitely shop with Cookies and Cream again, knowing that I will receive great customer service.

Dealing with Cookies and Cream is a delight. I have purchased products from them a few times in the last two years.Their website is user friendly. The products are of good quality. I specially like the quality of the kids clothes - they choose brands of durable material and unique design. Getting a refund or replacement is easy and processed promptly. The orders seem to be processed overnight and delivery takes only a few days.

I have made three purchases with this company and had excellent service each time. Their response time and updating progress of order is great. Delivery times excellent. I even changed my delivery details after an item was packaged and they were very accommodating in changing the details and didn't even slow down delivery.

I think that the products are quite good quality, but I do think that some are overpriced and could be cheaper. I think that you could get the same quality clothes at cheaper prices in other stores
