Well a few days ago I spent $1800 at this store and the two guys who assisted were simply brilliant especially sine the shop was very busy. Today I go into the shop to buy a few extra bits for the models I brought a few days ago. Despite being the only customer it still took forever to be served, and when I was the store management was rude & arrogant. But that wasn't all, the parts I needed most had no stock and when I went to the counter with the other parts they expected me to wait an indefinite period while they did other administrative jobs on the computer. I will be ordering all my future hobby stuff online.

Great hobby shop in the local area, staff are very good and have lots of knowledge of the products. No issues received on return and changeover of a faulty product (out of their control) I was very happy I received no questions asked service. I always buy from her now.
