My computer crashed and all my work files were on there as I didn't back up. Everyone always tells me to. I dropped it in as I wanted to upgrade but make sure I could pull all the old info off. No problems here. The guys were able to provide me with a new work laptop, recover all my old data and transfer it on and set me up. I even signed up for their cloud back up to make sure I dont lose it all again.

Decided to buy a custom built system after my last 2 desktops from Hardley Normal lasted just over 12 months and really just feel down. Had seen the Computer Empire shop at Woolloongabba many times on the way to work and dropped in on a Sunday to have a look. Andrew (Sales/Manager) was fantastic and knew his stuff. I was after a PC that could do all the normal good stuff and that I wouldnt have to take back every month to get repaired under "Manufacturer Warranty" like the others. He actually told me to go and check a couple of other independents that I had seen ad's for and then come back to him and to compare his quote. I actually did this and got a quote from another shop in Indooroopilly and I must say you should all do this. The other did not say what bits they used and were hesitant to go into detail. We did some changes to what he advertised and it was ready for pick up 48 hours later so I was pretty impressed with that. One of the best small business shops I have ever seen as well.

I had such a great buying experience with this business that I strongly recommend other to use them. They helped me find the exact computer I need in which I save heap of dollars compared the other computer retailers. I also love that they give the best after sale service and warranty (i did some intense research to find this)
