I would like to thank Coles Bracken Ridge especially Aleisha in the Delicatessen. I ordered 7 platters for a funeral not only were the platters delightful & well presented but Aliesha went above & beyond to make them fresh on Monday & also earlier than stated for pick up so we could pick them up on our way. It is the second time we have had platters from this store & wouldn't i hesitate to use this service again. Thank You Aliesha

Love shopping here. Customer service is excellent, Shelves are always full, Staff are always smiling and making you feel welcome. Prices are reasonable, although could be cheaper. Will be going back here again

I finnd them helpful. They do not have therange of products that other Coles stores have. The staff are generally quite nice

I often do my shopping here, however I do prefer Woolies for prices and the larger range. It's been great to see the developments they've made to the store, as it now looks super modern.

I've been going to Coles Bracken Ridge since I could walk basically. It's great to see the changes they have made in store (to make it better & more inviting). The staff (of all different ages I might add) have always been friendly and keen to lend a hand. I love getting my fruit & veggies from here as they always seem to have the best around.

Coles at Bracken Ridge is my favourite place to shop for groceries. It's not a huge Coles so you can't get lost in there which then means your shopping trip ends up being 3 times longer than you had planned! You can get in and out quick and still find everything you need. I love the deli in particular, most supermarkets have the cold cuts sitting there looking all dried up and old where as at Bracken Ridge Coles your cold meats are sliced as you order! So your hams are always so super fresh it's simply brilliant and I won't go anywhere else. Fruit and veg are always fresh, meats are just so fresh and never wait too long at the checkouts. Staff are very very friendly and love to help out, perfect perfect perfect!

This supermarket is my favourite in Bracken Ridge - always clean and tidy and brightly lit; staff are extremely helpful and always willing to help out with any query no matter how small. Love the self check-out registers when only buying a couple of items and wanting to get in and out of the store quickly, but must admit that even when I have a full trolley with a major grocery shop, very rarely do I have to queue up and wait for a checkout operator - the manager is always onto it and is quick to open up another checkout to get us through quickly. Thank you Coles staff - great job - have lived in Bracken Ridge since 1990 and ever since Coles opened up (can't remember exact year) have done my grocery shopping here.

I like to shop at all the new supermarkets but I still have to visit Coles at least once a week for items that I can only get in Coles. This particular Coles has staff of all ages (which is refreshing) who are very helpful when i can't find soemthing or need assistance and have offered me rainchecks on specials even when I didn't request them, great job!

I love this Coles store. So convenient to get to, plenty of parking, very friendly staff. I have been shopping here for well over 10 years now and love the personal touch they offer. They always remember me and my 15 month old daughter and always comment on how much she has grown.

Very well managed store...will always prefer to shop here.

the staff are very friendly and helpful. I had been in twice to get a hot chicken which they had run out off and the manager gave me a discount on my purchase and guaranteed me a chicken the next day after asking for time i would be in store. I cant say enough on how wonderful their customer service is
