Quite good; store has nice atmosphere with trustworthy brands and reasonable prices. Staff are relatively friendly.

The quality and range of products in incredible, though it is slightly too expensive. The products are very easy to find, and there are these $5 recipes that save sooo much money and time at home. The staff are quick and reliable.

I do groceries shopping here once a week, and it is always busy during evening hours, and sometimes I skip because the line is too long. Somehow the bakery is not quick enough to restock the shelf.

I always manage to find my way around, its a very busy store but they have sufficient, quick and reliable staff to assist, hard working and dedicated.

They need to pick their act up when large queues appear and put on more staff, especially in the busy periods. Other than this, this store has very courteous staff and the go out of their way to help you find the article you are searching for and will take right to the item rather than direct you..............best thing out when your in a hurry.

Although the store was very busy during the Christmas period when i went in, when i did find a staff member to assist me they were helpful and friendly.

Overall, Coles is a good chain supermarket. They offer value for money, and the staff are reasonably friendly & quick to serve. However, just before Christmas, I was buying some olives at the deli, and was served quite rudely. The lady repeatedly asked what I wanted, and I repeatedly explained it to her, but she continued doing other tasks for a good 5 minutes before attending to me and finally placing some olives in a container. I just really didn't understand why she did that, and it left a really bad impression on me. But otherwise, their produce is fresh and value for money.
