Great Chicken! I love it! Food preparation time took quite long and even took a while to be served. However the service staff was apologetic and polite. The variety is limited but what is available will get you addicted. Especially the hot chili chicken,

With the serving time, if you're having their chilli flavoured chicken, you need to understand they usually wait a few min, after they fry their chicken. Otherwise the chicken can become soggy for you.
If you like to get served faster (for take away) you can ask them to put a separate sauce, and you could put them at home. yes they do usually charge for the sauce, but they never charged me when I asked with a smile. Oh and the sauce trick only works on the owner lady, not the other employees.
There was much room for improvement here at this store, but that was only to be expected as it was just any other store at a food court. The food you order turn out to only vaguely resemble what you think it'll look like and the staff are usually in the kitchen; thus requiring you to ring their bell which is quite annoying.
The food was great, but it took quite a while to wait for and was a bit too fried for my taste. Other than that, I would recommend for anyone to visit this shop as it has good food for good value.
