Visited Victor Harbor and had morning coffee at this cafe at the beginning of the causeway area. Friendly and clean and tidy and so after our walk to Granite Island we returned here and enjoyed a light lunch and delicious dessert of lemon tart. Well worth a visit as they have a good menu to choose from.

We called into this kiosk before going for a walk to Granite Island as we were after a cold drink. Fridge had a good selection to choose from, so that was good.

Souvenirs, gifts, ice creams, hot drinks and snack foods are available too, but we did not need any of those at the time of our visit.

This is a kiosk at the start of the causeway to Granite Island and it should have a more welcoming feel about it. It is nice to buy an icecream to eat while walking but the food side lets it down unfortunately. However it is in a convenient position for icecreams and coffees.

I notice that the last review for this business was in 2010, so perhaps things have improved in the last 18 months.
We bought an icecream in a cone (selection of flavours), not sure on what brand bulk icecream it was, but tasted nice. And also had a hot chocolate, which was quite nice.
So hopefully they have upped the standard. We were satisfied, anyway.

Well, if you're looking for a packaged ice cream, this place is OK. If you want anything that needs preparing, maybe give it a miss! Terrible, grey coffee and a dry and crusty pasty in the premier tourist location in Victor is pretty disappointing, attached to the Info Centre as well, which makes things worse. They need to improve, definitely. But suitable for a bag of lollies and a can of coke for the kids.
