I go here for coffee if there's a long wait for the train. It's a nice, clean, professional looking coffee place. Not a lot of individual charm like you'd find in a small little cafe, it looks a bit too industrial. But the coffee's good, and occasionally they give you a free small biscuit with it, which is a nice surprise.

Nice casual place. Outside seating is lovely. Trees provide shade from sun and gives it a nice feel. They offer a good range of Pastries, Biscuits, Macarons, Savories and Gelato. Staff helpful and interested.

Brunetti's make nice coffee and cakes but I find the place quite unaffordable to frequent regularly. Its just too expensive for me. On the odd occasion I've had to wait over ten minutes for a takeaway coffee which is not good when you zipped out of work to get it

This Brunetti's is very disappointing. I've been to the one in Carlton a number of times and this does not compare. The store manager has not a clue about customer service - we are a nuisance disturbing her from doing her real work. Coffee is very ordinary versus Carlton, where they have a real barrista. It seems anyone can jump on the machine at this store just like the ordinary cafes. The short macchiato is very ordinary. Pastries are excellent but when we asked about gluten free pastries we received a real smarty pants response. The numbering system is a pain and if you don't hear them call out your number your coffee will just get cold.

I was so excited when I heard that a Brunetti's was opening in Camberwell, but I've been a bit disappointed with it, really. There's something not quite right about this one. I don't know - is it the location..? Or maybe the interior is too bright and clinical, or something? I must admit to preferring cosier cafe-interiors, rather than the granite/steel type. It really is too 'cafeteria', complete with the noise.

Like the other reviewer, I also find the counter service and number system quite annoying; they need to work out a more customer-friendly method of service. The food is great/delicious (albeit a bit on the pricey side); the coffee is good. The take-home cakes are SO EXPENSIVE...yikes!...but I'm sure they all taste divine.

coffee was good, food quite expensive but ok. mostly outdoor seating and the location isn't quite right .. not the vibrant street atmosphere of the Carlton or Prahran coffee shops. service was poor, queue inside to be served and mill around in there until your number is called and carry your own drinks back outside. very "coles cafeteria" of the 70's .. and very awkward to manovoure around when it's crowded.
