Have just had a job done by these guys and cannot fault them. Others who quoted were full of the "spin" but these guys were on time, on quote and full of good advice which probably did them out of extra $$. Very impressed with Jai who did the work - terrific guy and very professional.

We had a skylight installed by Brian Murphy Skylights in 2016 for $2200. This didn't include the framework needed to complete the job on the inside, we had to pay a carpenter to do that at extra expense.
Three months later in June 2016 we had our first leak with some heavy rain. After numerous phone calls and an email [name redacted] arrived to apply some silicon around the skylight.
We had another leak in early 2017 so contacted [name redacted] again with the same problem. By this time they had a history of ignoring calls, not returning calls and not showing up at prearranged times. He finally arrived to have a look but said he'd like his fathers opinion on how to fix the problem.
Another month passed before [name redacted] returned with his father. Their assessment was to fashion a large Colorbond shield and attach it to the length of the skylight and the wall of the house so rain couldn't fall on the side of the skylight where the leak appeared to be. Thus solution sounded very strange to me. That was March 2017. The skylight has still not been fixed nor have we had any further communication from either [name redacted] or Brian Murphy.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.
They have no idea of customer service, their work is sub standard and I'm at a loss to understand how they run a business and treat their customers with such disregard.

We had a skylight installed. The initial work was done quickly and neatly, no tiles broken. The price was also good. Installing a blind over the skylight to keep the sun out when required took a bit longer, as the part took ages to arrived. But it was all sorted in the end and we're happy with the final result.
