it is a wasting time, not recommended at all, reception is the one who responsible for arranging appointments, asking patients to come without booking and keeping all of the patients waiting.
reception is ruing all the patients time, never go again!

It's a busy practice anda waiting times can stretchout.
However, give some thought to the receptionist - all the people coming in without an appointment trying to jump the queue, patients asking why they have to wait, phones ringing etc. etc. - Mostly, they are doing their best.
Now, the doctors. The doctors are rushed off their feet and they still do a great job.
We've been using this practice for 13 years and the doctors make it worth the wait.
If your visit is not urgent, ask when booking when the best time is - you get in quicker.
Arrive early - then you're in the queue to be seen.
And, if you have to wait - suck it up, there are sick people ahead of you being taken care of.

No recommendation! 1 hr 10 min wait I left WHEN ppl who came AFTER me went in BEFORE me! Doctor Sivapalan is worth seeing when she is there, if not don't bother.

My only gripe is that they have no website and no online booking system. The doctors are okay...especially Dr king and Dr Sivapalam.

Only been a few times when it was urgent but I think they are very kind and considerate of all there customers. The doctor i saw isnt there anymore which is a shame as he was very polite and helped me with the issue.

Had never been before so didn't have an appointment. I was advised there'd be a long wait by an unfriendly receptionist. As there were only 3 others in the skinny waiting area I thought it wouldn't be too bad. How wrong I was. For 90 mins I sat there while many came & went. I needed to use their bathroom & was shocked by the fact there is no soap to wash hands! How unhygienic! And in a doctors clinic. Finally got seen to by Dr Hanna who was quite nice. If ever I do return, I'll make an appointment and see what the wait is like then.

This is a very busy place. Even if you make an appointment you might have to wait for a while., bit compact. I'm not really satisfied with doctor's services, they are in such a hurry...It has very little space..

Reasonably good medical care but the hours are limited to the times the shopping centre is open which is no later than 5.30pm early in the week however they are one of the few medical centres in the area that are open Sundays.
