I took my Mazda 3 into the service dept for its 120,000km service with my 9 year old son and 2month old baby. The staff were more than helpful even placing a carseat in their courtsey bus for my baby and drove us to the local shops. I received a text message when the vehicle was finished and we were picked up again from the local shopping centre. I was promptly attended to by the young man who explained everything I had done to my vehicle and when I needed to return. Thank you Booth's Tuggerah for the excellent service. We will be back.

The mechanics are fantastic but the service manager and service admin are extremely rude and abrupt. I have purchased 3 cars from Booth's now but due to the customer service of these Service personel I am very unlikely to purchase from them again. Every time I have contacted Booth's Service Centre Tuggerah in the past 2 years I have been treated like an idiot, ignored, snarled at, spoken to in a condescending way and made to feel lioke my business doesn't matter. I have heard the service manager and service admin speak to every other customer there whilst I was there in exactly the same way. Very very poor customer service.
