Despite a number of challenges that made the tank replacement a bit more tricky than anticipated, James kept good cheer and was resourceful and committed to getting the job done and went above and beyond to do so. He also left the place immaculate - it was like the hot water fairies had come through and done the replacement with the wave of a wand.
