I did an EMDR session with Kathryn and it worked! I had a big issue from my past and I needed to go. It took two sessions and after each session, I felt so much lighter. The past is still there, but I don't think about it and it doesn't worry me. I really recommend anyone who had issues or trauma to see Blue Sky Life.
