I love Blockbuster :)
Especially this establishment!!
The staff can be a tad rude and Ive had to return once or twice to swap movie as first copy didnt work but where doesnt that happen!

The staff not Friendly shows too old for copy did not play well park at the door is great city area lateness movies from all the big stars store was hot inside not great for a warm day

The customer service lets Blockbuster Mair Street down. Twice I went in there to check if a particular playstation game had arrived instore. The sales assistant just gave me a shake of the head to my query. There was no offer to find out when the product would arrive, or no apology etc;' Very unhelpful & I had to end up going to the Blockbuster in Howitt Street for some help.

I recently went to Blockbuster as we dont 3 times a week and the movies and games are always scratched and dont work then u have to take them back and all you get from the staff is would u like another copy not sorry or anything like that. And have they ever herd of air cons it is always hot in there

I recently went to Blockbuster and was really disappointed. They don't have a very big selection; particularly of the dvd series which are increasingly popular and they don't seem to have many copies of their movies. I also watched a hired dvd with a friend from there and it was scratched. I know this happens but its is still disappointing.

I have been hiring DVD's from Bloackbuster for the past year, and have found their DVD's to be of poor quality. When returning the defect DVD, I found the staff to be unhelpful and somewhat ambivalent about the complaint.
