Terrible product, terrible so called service. No valid warranty information. Cannot say anything nice about them. DO NOT USE!!!

We waited over 6 months for our shutters and blinds all of which are faulty. Well pay attention, if you paid for the items by credit card contact your bank and dispute the items on the basis that the items received were not as described and you will get your money back. We did. This is the WORST company that I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

BLINDFAST...Installed a houseful of blinds back in November 2010 and they have required a lot of adjustments/fixing since then.....these blinds at the moment look worse than ever before and I cannot get these people to come back and fix despite them offering a WARRANTY. How are people allowed to stay in business when they do not honour their Warranty. I need my Blinds fixed.........and I will post a favourable REVIEW when my blinds are looking good. If not the bad reviews will keep coming..
