Good place to shop, some places a bit untidy n hard to push a pram/trolley through but otherwise great. Friendly and helpful staff that are willing to lend a hand and assist you.

I think some staff members need to refresh on their customer service. Other than that wonderful. We go I ever week and I'm always finding items for my son wether it be clothes or toys :)

Fantastic layout, Wonderful staff. very welcoming, it is a pleasure to shop here. Even the managers are down to earth, great people. Managers seem to always be around the corner, ready to help any customer that requires assistance. Will be shopping here again.

Wow...what an experience. I recently had the absolute pleasure of purchasing a television from the Home entertainment section in the Big W, Gympie store. The customer service was better than excellent. The young lady who served me...Julie (I think) really knows her stuff, and went out of her way to please me. This young lady has given me the best customer service experience I have ever had in my 60 years. I have always been dubious about shopping at the larger chain stores rather than the independants, but now... I will always try Big W Gympie first.

Big W is the largest department store in Gympie and always my first choice when shopping for something in particular or just browsing for a bargain. Ive found their childrens clothing to be tough & resilient & very reasonably priced. They always have a selection of childrens clothing which has been reduced or is on sale for those bargain hunters. I do the majority of my toy shopping here also finding that this store has the largest range & variety of toys at the lowest prices. From pet care to electronics & everything in between, Big W will always have what your looking for at the best price.
