I've purchased basic aquarium supplies from this store from time to time - found the service and prices to be satisfactory. However, when it came to asking information about the pets that they had in the store (which we were looking at purchasing), the information turned out to be incorrect and frankly, could lead to pets being purchased without the full information needed to take care of these animals. In addition, it was very disappointing and concerning to see the conditions under which they keep the turtle hatchlings in. The tank is frequently unclean and the water insufficient for the number of turtles kept in the tank. After investigating other stores, I found prices much higher than elsewhere and decided not to support a store which did not provide accurate information nor care for animals properly.
