Great food and views. Just wish the female bar staff would serve female customers. Whilst patiently waiting bar staff appeared and immediately went to serve male customers. On the second occasion I interrupted and was informed‘I thought you were being served’ pity the only other bar staff was serving a male customer

Never have we walked into a Hotel to be basically barked at “ Have you signed in yet “ . We had just walked in the door , no greeting. Won’t ever be spending money here .

We ate here over the weekend and what a let down. They served us broccoli that had seen better days, although they did reimburse us once we showed them how bad it was. The 'garlic bread' was a mini hot dog bun with very minimal garlic butter. The meals were a bit overpriced for the quality, which was sad as the view is amazing.

I love this place as although the menu is simple it's all quality. The kids area is great for our family and we find the service very good and attentive. My wife and I inevitably go back to the seafood parcel as it is amazing, and our kids get proper fresh fish pieces in thier $8.50 kids meals. The down sides are the kids pizza, which is just a frozen, very ordinary store bought pizza, and below the overall standard they offer. The fairly hefty price also means that this is not a regular for us, but rather an occasional treat.

My partner and I love going for dinner here, the food is always amazing and the view is spectacular. Great place to catch up with friends for a drink or a cosy dinner for two.

Went for lunch in steakhouse service was adequate but food was delicious. Big steaks served with lots of chips and salad. Lovely views. Good value. Would love to try 1kilo steak challenge but think I would not survive it....

Well - You get what you pay for, It is what it is, This is a Redcliffe Icon, Its nice - FRESH, and very Inviting, Prices are what you expect to pay, ITs and Experience, and I guess that's the perspective you have to apply here, Otherwise you could get disappointed, I have always found it a great place to share good times with those you life. Customer Service is always very good. Give it a Go, Iam pretty sure you will agree, let me know, by a return comment. Just have fun at the "Bell"

My son got married here (upstairs) we found the food very ordinary and we were the bridegrooms parents and traditionally the brides table goes first and then the bridegrooms well not her we went about twelfth despite us continually complaining and we found it very overpriced! I tried the downs stairs bar and grill at a later date for a friends 50 th birthday and that wasn't much better, very disappointed as I had heard good reports about this pub! Can't win em all!

The set up of this pub is quite nice. The hotel is quite open which accentuates the lovely view and positioning near the water at woody point. I have been here repeatedly and have enjoyed every visit. I ordered the fish and chips on one visit and I found it quite enjoyable. Another time I was there for a function where the catering was also lovely. The staff are so great and friendly making it a pleasant experience. Great food, great staff and amazing setting! Always a great time at this place :)
