I have been a patient of Bay Street Dental Group for many years, as have my family. They are experts in their profession, always friendly and supportive and totally reliable.

AN EMERGENCY TOOTH FELL OUT ON START OF PUBLIC HOLIDAY - THEY FITTED ME IN FOR A LOOK, HOWEVER DUE TO OVERSEAS TRIP THE FOLLOWING WEEK MY TIMING WAS POOR.
THEY DID GIVE ME A QUOTE TO REPAIR - WHICH WAS VERY EXPENSIVE.

I booked in for a Teeth clean / scaling. I was told they would not proceed unless I agreed to $300 of X-rays.
I did not agree to this, so no work was done.
They still charged me $75 saying I could only get it back if I agreed to the X-rays.
They made me hold a mirror and told me to look at my mouth. They then proceeded to describe its imperfections like I was not aware of what my own teeth looked like. A truely horrible experience.

Gary and the team look after my family and I every visit. Totally professional. Friendly service. Very efficient. And we always walk out happy.
