Agree with the below comments... Bread is fresh and staff usually very friendly. Until today, when I went in to buy some bread. Minding my own business talking to a friend, another male customer turned around to me and said, "I was here first!". I said, "Fine. Why so rude?" The Baker's Delight [redacted inflammatory comment] employee said,"He was only Telling you he is before You... what's wrong with that!!?" She said. I felt I was being bullied in public!! It was awful!! Never going in to that shop again!! Total nightmare! My friend saw the whole thing & she's a tourist from abroad!! How embarrassing!! My friend said," The franchise should know about low quality service like that!"

Always fresh, great quality with really nice staff as they are very sweet and welcoming each and every time I walk in. Will be happy to continually revisit them often as they are absolutely great.

I love the quality of their bread and rolls. I have bought a breakfast few times from this shop, the food is really fresh and quality. The price is affordable.

When Im late to school I love buying freshly made chocolate scones and chocolate crossants. After school I love buying spincach and ricotta twist for an arvo tea with my fam. They have really nice staff and it is cheap for a freshly-everyday-baked bread
