I really enjoy visiting Maroubra Post office and would like to express my gratitude to one of the staff members named Sofi. Sofi consistently provides the most outstanding customer service to each and every customer and her friendliness and professionalism never goes unnoticed and is always appreciated by the community. I really enjoy doing my business at Maroubra Post Shop especially when assisted by Lisa. Lisa is very friendly, helpful, professional and patient. We need more people like Lisa to provide us with a pleasant shopping experience each time we shop! Keep up the great work!

it is a very busy post office but the staff are very happy to assist you in whatever questions that you have. The location of the post shop is great and centralized. The customer service is great and there are staff from many nationalities so if a customer can't speak English there is someone there who might be able to help.

Since the amalgamation of the Post Offices in Matraville and Eastgardens (which happened without much notice at all) I have had to wait longer and found it much more difficult to park. I also find it frustrating to have to walk though another store (Trade Secret) to access the entrance to the PO from within the shopping centre

I was in the area and need to go to a post office in pacific square this was very handy as its the only post office around as i didn't need to go to eastgardens the staff were very helpful and went about the task i needed doing without hesitation

This Australia post has a great team of staff who works efficiently, nice and are very helpful. It is conveniently located inside the Pacific Square making it easy for people to organize their mails after shopping.
