The second time there i went with my daughters and it was a horrible experience. We had all left with our side uneven. Also the layers I asked for turned out to be just a trim which was crooked. All three of us went out the next day for new haircuts at another place. Now i get my hair cut half the price and cut properly.
Great haircuts at great prices with very friendly staff and a modern decor in the salon. The girls also do a fabulous job with special occaision hair. Lisa is the best with Anna being great as well.

You shouldn't have to pay, well at least the full price in your case. what you can do is, you tell them how you're unhappy with the hair cut, then give them a chance to fix it. Most places will offer you, your money back or a major discount.
If they wont' budge then you tell them that you'll go get a hair cut elsewhere and bring in the receipt and ask to have your money back then.
Bad hair can sometimes ruin your day. I'm sorry to hear about your experience.
