This is the second time it happened to me that is why I am writing this review today. I was in a hurry today that I didn’t check the store receipt until I got home and found out that there is an added item (Cauliflower) which is $4. I now firmly believe that this has been happening regularly at this store. Beware shoppers, check your receipt whilst at the store, the cashier was not any helpful and extremely rude!

Price gouging of some essentials during the covid-19 pandemic is highly unethical.

For example, selling 12.5kg bags of flour at $22.99 on March 13 2020 and later hiked the price up to $34.99 on March 18 2020, 5 days later.

Utterly shameful.

If you are looking for cheap and fresh fruits and veggis then this is a right place. Compare to woolies and coles its so much cheaper and if you are into Asian inspired dishes you can get most of Asian fruits n veggies in a cheaper price. Customer service is very quick but don't expect them to greet to beause they are extremely busy all the time

Good quality fruit and veg and also a range of other products like spices and some dry goods etc - always happy to shop here for produce. Staff aren't all that friendly but overall good experience

Great fruit and veggies with great prices. Service is always fast and friendly with extra cashiers often opening when the shop is busy. The fruit and veg is fresh and they also sell other condiments, including relishes, pastas, olives, pastes, milk and breads. Gives Coles a run for its fresh fruit and veg money since they are located right next door. Check out their prices before heading in to do your bigger grocery shop!!

My mum and I loves shopping at Ashfields of Fruit for fruits and vegetables. We always go and check out the the bargain area first. The bargain bins usually have goodies at a bargain price if you go there early. $2 for a huge bag of mushrooms and $0.99 for a bag of roma tomatoes. Other fruits and vegetables are priced reasonably as well and we always shop for our mixed greens salad leaves there as they are slightly cheaper than Woolworths and Coles. Staff are friendly, polite and offer their assistance. Lots of parking available which is convenient for shoppers carrying heavy baqs of fruits!

Guaranteed fresh fruit everytime you visit. They constantly have great specials on their produce and the store is always looking tidy and well stocked. Also, I often purchase my pastizzis, and pastina from here.

Always good bargains to be had here, they make the supermarkets look very greedy by comparison. Good variety, good prices. Staff are not very 'smiley', but I can put up with that for the good value they provide.
