Air and Water came back with a price no one else could match. The staff were pleasant to deal with and our new solar hot water system was up and working within days.

The Rinnai solar hot water systems are very competitively priced and because they are so efficient they get top government rebates - a double win. May you be very happy with your Rinnai for many years. Julie

Great value for evaporation system. Reliable and honest customer service. A very quick process from the orginal booking to installation.
Installers arrive around 7:30am and had the job complete early afternoon.
Thank you!

Thanks Alexandra for your review. I'm glad you were happy with Air and Water Residential installing your Cool Breeze evaporative air conditioning. Chris has installed a lot of evaporative air conditioners for us over the years so he can normally get them up and running pretty quickly. Enjoy! Julie

Very professional, on time, and lovely to deal with. We have built a few homes and Air and Water has been the best air-con company by a long shot.

Thanks Chanelle for your lovely review and continued business.
Enjoy your Panasonic split system air conditioner. I think you will be cranking it up today.
Kind regards, Julie

I would recommend this business. The service was friendly, the sales person that came out first was really good and gave us good advice and delivered a quote quickly. He also backed that up with detailed answers to the few questions we had. Installation was efficient and on time and friendly and we now have a very nice Air Con system keeping us cool!

Approximate cost: $3660

Thanks Harry. I'm glad you are happy with your aircon. It would have had a workout with the hot weather in Perth over the Christmas break.

Thank you to all of the great staff at Air and Water. Larry the salesman was very knowledgable about the range of products on offer and guided us to choose the system to best meet our needs. The install time frame was better than our expectations for this time of the year. One week between walking into the sales office to our unit being installed. The very professional office staff kept us informed at every stage leading to installation. The tradesman did a great job and left everything very clean and tidy. The rubbish was collected as planned in a timely manner.
We have nothing but praise for a job well done!!

Hi Paul and Anne Marie,
Thanks for your kind words. I must admit that normally we can't install ducted reverse cycle air conditioning within a week at this time of year. We do quite a lot of installations for new homes and commercial properties and sometimes their installation dates need moving as they are not ready for us and then we can squeeze another client in. I am glad it worked out for you so you had aircon before Christmas and the hot Perth weather we had over the holiday break.
All the best
Julie

Don Curnow went to school with my sons. He runs an excellent company:
• he advised me on the type of residential air conditioner I needed.
• his advice was good because my neighbour asked me when I was going to have the work done (I had warned her it was to happen).
• I went out and left it running by mistake - it was too quiet to remind me. My previous air conditioner was so loud.

Approximate cost: $4930

Thanks David for your review. I am glad with you are happy with your new Panasonic split system air conditioners. Don has been installing replacement air conditioners at Aquinas College for the last year and said it takes him back when he goes there to do his quoting. Kind regards, Julie

We enjoyed our experience so much with Air and Water that we bought our son an evaporative air conditioner also. We found Air and Water to be helpful, professional and extremely reliable from the first contact to the last. Would definately recommend them.

Thanks Susan for your kind words. That's a very generous Christmas present for your son :) I trust you will both enjoy your new air conditioners.

Thanks for giving your WOMO payment to the installer. That was very generous of you Mrs Santa Claus. PS Sorry for the late reply, I have been away.

Larry recommended a Toshiba Reverse Cycle system for our home although I was after Daiken or Mitsubishi. Only installed a couple of weeks, working brilliant, as is the iSave system I didn't think I would want, but a good idea, longevity remains to be seen, but I have faith. The installation was brilliant, very professional neat and clean with a good bunch of guys doing the job.

Hi Neville. Thanks for your lovely review.

As we are the only company really selling the iSave I can understand your initial scepticism. The idea of a fresh intake which the iSave is based around is not new and is commonly used in commercial buildings. What makes iSave special is that it integrates with your air conditioning controller and air conditioning unit, is stylish and functional. We have had no warranties on the iSave system despite installing 138 systems since its launch August 2014. The owners of Airstream have a long and successful track record in the air conditioning industry and provide industry leading warranties so we anticipate that the iSave system will work faultlessly for many years.

As a dealer for Daikin, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and Toshiba (and more brands) we listen to your needs and preferences and try to choose the best brand for you. Toshiba represents great value for money whilst being super efficient and so is a popular choice.

I am also glad you were happy with our installation.
Enjoy a cool summer,
Julie

a friendly ,efficient and cost effective service. After installation they cleaned up and you would not have known they had been. I would have no hesitation in recommending Air and Water to any of my friends or family. An excellent service

Enjoy your new Cascade evaporative aircon John. I like it's lower profile on your roof.
When you first turn your evaporative on it will go into pre-cool mode so the air won't come through until it is cooled. This normally takes a couple of minutes. We normally recommend using auto rather than mode and choosing the fan speed you want. I suggest starting on medium (eg C40) unless it is really hot and stuffy then you can go up to C100. Reduce to C25 or below when you just want to maintain comfort levels.

After receiving a couple of quotes on a completely new solar hot water system I came across Air and Water on google and called them, their service and information over the phone was exceptional and installation occurred on time and quickly. We are very happy with our experience with Air and Water.

Thanks Danielle.
I am glad you are happy with your new Rinnai solar hot water system.

Please note that the tank has a sacrificial anode which will need replacing every 2 to 5 years. Unfortunately it is hard to give a more accurate time frame because it depends on the water quality. If you leave it too long to replace the anode, it perishes and then your tank can start corroding so it is best to replace sooner the first time round and see how much anode is left to determine when next to get it replaced. Apart from the anode your solar hot water system should be maintenance free and should easily last 15+ years.

All the best,
Julie
