I have been buying fancy teas online from them ever since their shops at Woden and Belconnen closed down. They offer a great range of teas at very competitive prices, with frequent sales, and quick shipping. Orders over $70 are shipped free of charge.

Highly recommended for tea lovers!

I went here with my partner and son. We shared 2 pots of tea and tasting platter and it was wonderful. We sat outside which was covered and had lovely little tables. The waitress was great at explaining the teas and the best way to brew the pots. It was a fun experience as well as being delicious.

We ended up here by mistake, thinking it was another tea shop in the same suburb. We found out that the other tea shop had closed down. The staff were very helpful in every way. The customer service I would rate at 15 out 10. Great selection of teas, great snacks and good prices. Very relaxed atmosphere. We purchased a number of packets of tea and a few gifts to take back home. Well done. Nothing was a bother. No stupid answers, from stupid questions.
