Action Property Inspections are always our first port of call with all of investment property purchases. Thorough, honest and candid about any building maintenance or potential structural issues that arise. Andrew is highly recommended as the best in Brisbane from our experiences.

I have had Andrew do a couple of property inspections for me over the last couple of months. Extremely professional and thorough in his inspection and reporting. A little more expensive compared to other operators but you get what you pay for. If you can, make sure you attend in person a building inspection as Andrew gives a very thorough walk through of the findings and a helpful, pragmatic explanation on what is involved in fixing and maintaining the property into the future.

Andrew is very thorough, definitely worth the money. I had an investment property and he picked up a few very important issues that we overlooked. Owner tries to mask the defects. If the real estate agent says he goes into too much details then you know you got the right guy for the job.
