I felt compelled to write this review after experiencing absolutely deplorable customer service (if you could even call it that) from this business. My first grandchild was born on Valentines Day, and I rang Abigail Flowers to order flowers for my son and daughter in law to congratulate them on their daughter's birth.

I was assured that the flowers would be delivered to their home (less than 5 minutes walk away!) that morning. When I spoke to my son after finishing work at 6pm, they had not arrived. On ringing to find out what had happened, I found out from the assistant that the owner had not only written down the wrong house number, but also completely the wrong name - not even close! Which didn't really matter, as she hadn't even made the bouquet up either.

I finally got to talk to her and told her I was really upset. The woman told me not to 'take that tone' and asked if I had 'any idea how busy it had been yesterday' due to Valentines Day. I said it was immaterial if she was busy as she had promised to deliver the flowers that morning. To which the woman replied 'don't speak to me like that or I won't do them at all!' I told her to deliver the flowers like she had promised to do 8 hours ago, although I probably should have told her to shag off. Remains to be seen if they actually get there and what sort of state they're in. How people like this stay in business is completely beyond me.
