Worst service ever for servicing a heater. Technician has no idea and also was never on time even though I got a ph call to say 20 mins away (turned up 1 hour later) They just guessed at what was wrong and they just tried and sell us part after part. Could of replaced the whole unit for what they wanted to charge but I put a stop to it after $500 and heater still broken after they left. Never again - Will only use a reputable Brivas Service Agent.

A-Temp installed Daikin split air-conditioner 5kW for us. Isaac was very patient and answered all our questions honestly. We got a very detailed quote that we were very pleased with. The unit was installed in the time frame we agreed. The installers, Naveen and Guru, electricians Fernando and Darrel did a great job. The guys cleaned up the space and removed all rubbish. Overall highly professional and efficient. We would highly recommend this company.

A-Temp (Pier to Pier) gave a very competitive quote straight up - without playing games etc. they arrived as planned and installed the unit as required. They returned phone calls and answered queries in a timely manner. the installers were polite and careful. I know I have described what most people would expect - but these days this equals superior service. Thanks A Temp.
