really busy chinese restaurant with a lot of choices, but the quality of yumcha is not as good as other chinese restaurants, but it is the best one in Burwood surburb. It is extremely crowded in the weekend after 11. Free council parking places are avaliable.

The price of the food is not expensive and the bakery has many yummy breads especially in the morning you can get fresh breaky in there. you have a lot of choices in there, definitely you can find the one you like.
